Please remember to have your
member number and access code available.
Press 1 for QUICK CHECK
The Audio Attendant will give
you the current balance on each of your accounts
with the credit union.
Press 1 to repeat the balances
on your account
The Audio Attendant will now
let you hear the most recent transactions on
your accounts.
The Audio Attendant will now give
you the option of transferring funds between
your accounts.
The Audio Attendant will give
you a list of accounts to choose from.
Press 2 for ACCOUNT INQUIRIES
Press 1 for Account Balances
The Audio Attendant will give
you a list of your accounts and ask you to
choose from that menu.
Press 2 for Account History
The Audio Attendant will give
you a list of your accounts and ask you to
choose from that menu.
Press 3 for Tax IRA Information
Press 1 for the previous year
Press 2 for the current year
HINT: Press 6
to have the menus repeated.
Press * to return to the previous menu.

Press 1 for transfer between
accounts
The Audio Attendant will list
the accounts you have available to transfer from
and will prompt you to choose from the menu.
After you have chosen the account to transfer
from, the menu will prompt you to enter the
account you want to transfer to. A menu will
indicate which account number(s) you can use
when transferring money.
Press 2 to make a loan payment
The Audio Attendant will give
you a menu of available accounts to transfer
from and prompt you to choose from the menu.
Then the Attendant will ask you to select a loan
account from the menu.
Press 3 to make a cross account
transfer
Press 1 to transfer to a
savings or checking account.
The Audio Attendant will give
you a menu of available accounts to transfer
from and ask you to choose from the menu. Then
the Attendant will ask you to enter the member
number to transfer to followed by the pound (#)
sign. Once you have entered the member number
the money is being transferred to, the Audio
Attendant will give you a list of accounts where
the money can be deposited.
Press 2 to make a loan payment

Payment
The Audio Attendant will
compute monthly payments for a specified loan
amount. Just enter your loan amount, rate, and
number of months you want to finance your loan.
Press 2 to Calculate Savings
Goals
The Audio Attendant can
compute savings goals. Just enter the amount you
need to save, an average interest rate and the
number months you want to save. The Audio Teller
will then tell you the monthly amount you need
to save to reach this goal.
